I really haven't been doing a very good job of IE lately. Or of this blog. :(
BUt I think I'm ready to get back on track and be mindful about what I'm eating. I left a bunch of mashed potatoes tonight that I really didn't like tonight so thats a good start, isn't it?
I really don't like the way I'm eating at the moment. I'm stuffing myself with food instead of feeling what I feel. And then I'm beating myself up about eating the food which makes me feel worse and want to eat again.
Same old, same old.
